Judah did pretty well at speech today. I loved it when he was running away from her and she says, "Judah, you know our routine.." and he says, "Teen! Talk!" Ha. Their routine is for him to talk, exactly. He repeated many 3 word phrases and asked for "juice please" without prompting many times.
Willow continues to throw heavy toys at her brothers - she thinks it is hysterical. Sebastian flips out. I put her in time-out for this today, poor girl fell right out of the chair!
Sebastian set up the hose in the tree again, this time attaching the gun to the end & putting it on "mist". Then he pushed the pool to a spot where the mist showered over it. Judah was trying to bust out the door to get out & play in the water! They ended up dipping watering cans in the pool, pouring the water into the garden.. creating a large river from the top of the garden to the bottom (it's on a hill). They ended up muddy.
I helped Scott with Judah's massage tonight. Judah definitely wasn't completely relaxed. He was rolling around a lot. It wasn't an easy massage. I guess he usually isn't like that during his nightly massage. I want to be doing it more though - just have to get Willow to bed earlier. Sebastian cleaned the playroom while we did Judah's massage.
Judah has been very alert today - knows what's going on & is vocalizing his needs & concerns more. Scott disagreed with my thought (yesterday's blog) that Judah's progress has not been moving recently- he'd actually seen just the opposite, a very alert & more verbal Judah.
I'm trying to slowly begin potty-training Willow. It's going to be a psychological endeavor. She completely understands directions, but unfortunately she intentionally does what she knows she isn't supposed to the majority of the time. Yesterday she was mad at me & peed all over the bathroom. Today she did pee in the toilet though. Unfortunately I couldn't find any underwear for her to wear so she was in a diaper all day, but made a few potty trips - pretty much same thing for Judah, but more potty trips. He had a big poop, formed.
