Persistence, Patience & Learning As You Go.

Daddy made everyone gluten-free pancakes this morning. This seems to have become a Sunday morning ritual! The kids all went to the store with Daddy this afternoon. He came home with Willow in his arms, playing with her as she giggled away. Not long ago, coming home from the store was a spot of anger devoured in stress, and he wasn't even taking all 3. Now he takes all 3 and they do well. Persistence, patience & learning as you go - 3 things essential to being a parent.

Sebastian is working on birthday cards for Erin & Boone (they'll be late.. Erin's birthday was yesterday, Boone's is tomorrow). He'll finish them up tomorrow.

Willow & Bash built a mega-block wall this morning - they were a very sweet team. Willow did really well - she was able to build with a steady hand & very nice fine motor skill. She was even able to avoid the urge she always has to impair her brother's creations - that's huge! Later I found her building mega-block towers on her own. Bash built a super big train track around the living room this morning too.

My ribbon organizer creation. A pop cake stage & wooden dowels are all you need!

Judah's progress continues speech & perception wise. Although pottying was a big difficult - he resisted most of the time. When I tell him he is wet & needs a clean diaper/pants/shirt, he usually easily complies at that point, I'm not sure why. I put the new potty ring on (Cars of course) and will take away the potty chair tonight - he will need to pee badly in the morning, that will be the most likely time for him to use the real potty without a fight. Then maybe he will just do it, who knows.

Tomorrow is Judah's 6 month review - bright & early at 8 in the morning! I'm not sure how many people will be there (maybe 3 others?) since his teacher has vanished from the area. I'm halfway expecting to see her on the news.

Judah pooped today - one time, big mess.

Judah took Oxymag today, one teaspoon. He had no L-carnitine (still out!). He had 2 doses of Docusate Sodium. He had 2000 i.u. vitamin d, he had none of the folinic acid with b-12 (we are waiting on it to come in), 1 tsp. fish oil, one probiotic & no nose drops.  He had 1/2 Bethanechol two times today. He had no sleep pills (they are all used up!).
